Create specialization
From Protemos Wiki
New specialization page: http://cloud.protemos.com/spec/index
Press the "New Specialization" button:
It will open the New Specialization page.
Enter the name of the specialization you need and click "Save" to add this specialization to the list:
Enter the specialization you need and click "Save" to confirm or "Cancel" to revoke this specialization.
It will appear in "Specializations" and in the drop-down list of specializations your company work with.
