You can define lots of things in Protemos:
- Your own company account settings (account info, company logo, account deletion).
- License you can always check the status of your license or request the license via this page.
- Default settings (default time zone, currency, payment methods and terms, PDF page size, PDF page orientation, PDF locale, client invoicing manager).
- System values (your languages , services , specializations , units of measurement , and even currencies ).
- Payment methods you want your customers to use when paying to you.
- Users you may always add a new account user, fill in or renew all basic information about the particular user.
- User groups use this menu screen to see access rights for various user groups..
- Taxes - here you can define several taxes in the system, link them to the clients and vendors, and add them to your invoices.
- Weighted word count templates for CAT tools.
- Integrations ( ProZ.com SmartCAT you may switch them on if you are using ProZ.com and SmartCAT).
