On this page you can:

- View all job tenders

- Search tenders with filters

- Open each tender and related job for reviewing

Search tenders with filters

By default, you can see all the tenders in your database, 50 per page. If you want to hide or display some tenders from the list, you may apply filters.

You can hide or display filter fields by pressing the Filter arrow gray.jpg button in the upper right corner:

So you can enter the data into the appropriate fields and press the "Apply" button, please see the example below:

As you can see, the filter header turns blue. It means that the filter is applied.

You may collapse (hide) the filter interface by pressing the Blue arrow.jpg button.

Please remember the collapsed filter remains activated, and it is clearly indicated by the red color.

You can expand the collapsed filter back by pressing the Blue arrow.jpg button again.

Please note that the applied filter is remembered, so it will remain even if you leave the page.

To inactivate the filter, press the "Clear" button. The header color will turn to gray, which means that no filter is currently applied.

Tender filters description

  • Tender code—displays only the tenders with the codes containing the entered symbols sequence.
  • Tender type — displays only the tenders of the specified type (First claimer, Selected by manager (fixed price), Selected by manager (negotiable price)
  • Statuses — displays only the tenders with the specified status (Draft, Proposed to vendor, Confirmed by vendor, Declined by vendor, Completed, Accepted by manager, Rejected by manager, Canceled).
  • Language pair — displays only the tenders with the selected language pair.
  • Specialization — displays only the tenders with the selected specialization.
  • Service — displays only the tenders with the selected service.
  • Start date — displays only the tenders which were started in the specified period of time.
  • Deadline date — displays only the tenders with deadlines in the specified period of time.
  • Primary manager — displays only the tenders issued by a specific primary manager.
  • Client — displays only the tenders for a specific client.
  • Vendor — displays only the tenders fulfilled by the selected vendor.
  • Note — displays only the tenders with notes containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Overdue — displays due or overdue tenders in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No).
  • Assigned to vendor — displays only the assigned or unassigned tenders in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No).
  • Free of charge — displays tenders marked or unmarked as free of charge in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No).
  • Has payables — displays only the tenders with or without payables entered in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No).

Jobs editing

To open a job for editing, click its name in the table:

Job view page opens, where you will be able to edit the job.

Export

You can export all the displayed table of jobs to Excel by pressing “Export to Excel” button over the upper right corner of the table:

Note: The exported file will contain the filtered records from all the pages of the table, not just the ones displayed on the first page.
