There are two ways to add new account users:

1. Go to the Users menu and then click New user:

2. Or you may go to Users=>Users list:

Then press the "New user" button:

In both cases, you will be redirected to the "New user" page.

Create here as many users as you need for your projects and enter for every user basic data:

- User group: Administrator, Project manager, Account Manager(Administrator, Senior project and finance manager, Senior project manager, Project manager, Finance manager, Vendor manager). For more info on users groups and permissions, please see the "User groups" page.

- First name & Last name

- Gender

- Email & Phone & Skype

- Time zone

Enable (tap to toggle) user if you want to see them in the drop-down list when updating project details (for example, creating a new project):

Confirm it with "Save" or revoke it with the "Cancel" button.


Disable user – unmark the checkbox “Enabled” (user will not appear in the drop-down list when updating project details):

Confirm it with "Save" or revoke it with the "Cancel" button.


After pressing the "Save" button, the user will be sent an invitation email and will be able to complete the account creation.
