On this page you can:

- Create new vendors and import them from Excel.

- View the list of vendors and search vendors with filters.

- Open each vendor profile for editing.

- Export all the displayed table of vendors to Excel.

Create and import vendors

If you need to create one vendor, press "New vendor". It will open the New vendor page.

If you have a large list of vendors and want to import it quickly, press "Import from Excel". It will open the Import vendors page.

Search vendors with filters

By default, you can see all the vendors in your database, 50 per page.

If you want to hide or display some vendors from the list, you may apply filters.

You can hide or display filter fields by pressing the Filter arrow gray.jpg button in the upper right corner:

So you can enter the data into the appropriate fields and press "Apply" button, please see the example below:

As you can see, the filter header turns blue. It means that the filter is applied.

You may collapse (hide) the filter interface by pressing the Blue arrow.jpg button.

Please remember the collapsed filter remains activated, and it is clearly indicated by the blue color.

You can expand the collapsed filter back by pressing the Blue arrow.jpg button again.

Please note that the applied filter is remembered, so it will remain even if you leave the page.

Vendor filters

  • Code—displays vendors with the code containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Company name—displays vendors with the company name containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Primary user—displays vendors with the primary username containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Email—displays vendors with the email containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Country—displays vendors from the specific country.
  • Specialization—displays only the vendors with the specified specialization.
  • Language pair—displays only the vendors with the selected language pair.
  • Types—displays vendors of the specified type (Company, Freelancer, In-house).
  • Note—displays only the vendors with notes containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Tag—displays only the vendors with tags containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Assignable—displays vendors that can or cannot be assigned to jobs in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No). More details here.
  • Occupied—displays vendors with or without active jobs in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No).
  • Finances visible—displays vendors with or without access to finances in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No). More details here.
  • Can log in—displays vendors with or without access to their accounts in accordance with the filter value applied (Yes, No). More details here.

Open vendor profile for editing or reviewing

You can open vendor profiles by clicking on their names in the Primary user and Company name (if a vendor is a Company) columns:

Export to Excel

You can export all the displayed table of vendors to Excel by pressing the "Export to Excel" button over the upper right corner of the table:
