New payment method page: http://cloud.protemos.com/account-payment-method/add
To create a new payment method, go to Settings=>Payment methods:
Then press the "Add payment method" button to open the payment method creation page:
Fill in Type (Skrill, PayPall, SWIFT, etc.), Method name (email) and Description (if necessary).
Press "Save" to add it to the list.
