Press the "New user" button and you will be redirected to the "New user" page.
Create here as many users as you need for your projects and enter for every user basic data:
- User group — Administrator, Project manager, Account Manager for more info on users groups and permissions, please see "User groups" page.
- First name & Last name
- Gender
- Email & Phone & Skype
- Time zone
Enable (tap to toggle) user if you want to see it in the drop-down list when updating project details (for example, creating a new project):
Confirm it with “Save” or revoke it with the “Cancel” button.
Disable user – unmark the checkbox “Enabled” (user will not appear in the drop-down list when updating project details).
Confirm it with "Update" or revoke it with the "Cancel" button.
After pressing the "Save" button, the user will be sent an invitation email and will be able to complete the account creation.
