Job name – name of the job, text field.

Service – the type of service job.

Note: you can define possible services in Services settings.

Language pair – the source and target languages for the job.

Note: you can select only the language pair selected on the project creation/editing page.

Vendor – the vendor for this job. If you do not select the vendor, the job will have “Vacant” status, and you’ll be able to assign the vendor on Job editing page.

Note: you can create the vendors on Vendors list page.

Notes to vendor – here you may enter the instructions to your vendor.

Comments, hidden from vendor – here you may enter whatever comments for yourself.

Deadline – here you may select the deadline for the project.

Free of charge – please select this checkbox if the vendor will not be paid for this job (e.g. if it’s a test translation). Otherwise, leave it unchecked.

Once you finished entering the information, press the “Save”, and the system will bring you to Job view page.
