Client view page – Contact persons tab: http://cloud.protemos.com/client/view?id=ХХХХ&tab=contacts (replace XXXX with a valid number)



On this tab, you can view the list of client’s contacts, edit or delete them, and start creating new contacts.

To delete the client contact from your database, press “Delete”.

Please note that you cannot delete the contacts involved into recorded projects. But you may deactivate them on the Client contact person update page.

To start updating the contact, press “Update” in the corresponding contact row. It will open Client contact person update page.

To start creating the new contact, press “New contact person”. It will open Client contact person creation page.

Other tabs on the page

General info — view and edit company info and payment conditions.

Primary user — the first contact person of the client.

Prices — the list of prices for the customer.

Documents — intended for storing any documents related to the client.
