Update vendor payment method

Vendor payment method change page: http://cloud.protemos.com/vendor/change-default?id=ХХХХ (replace XXXX with a valid number)
On this page, you can edit the details of the payment method.
Please note that Payment type cannot be edited. So you may need to create a new additional payment method instead.
This info will be used in vendor invoices generated by the system.
