You can give a special link to your vendors, and they can register in your database themselves.

To do so, go to the Settings=>Account menu:

It will bring you to the Account page where you can find this link in the Vendor self registration URL row:

Thus, you can copy this link and send it to your vendors so that they can register in your database themselves.

You can post the vendor application URL on your corporate web site or send it to new vendors so that they can submit their applications to you.
