To create a list of taxes, go to System=>Taxes=>Taxes list:

It will bring you to the Taxes list page.

Here you may define the list of taxes that will be used in the system.

Here you may define the necessary number of taxes that will be used in the system while creating invoices.

Here you may view, add, update, or delete taxes
