To create a new payment method, go to Settings=>Payment methods:
Then press the "Add payment method" button to open the payment method creation page:
Select the type (Custom, PayPall, Skrill, SWIFT), enter the method name/email, and add a description if necessary.
Press "Save" to add it to the list.
