There are two ways to add new account users:
1. Go to the Users menu and then click New user:
2. Or you may go to Users=>Users list:
Then press the "New user" button:
In both cases, you will be redirected to the "New user" page.
Create here as many users as you need for your projects and enter for every user basic data:
- User group: for more info on users groups and permissions, please see the Access rights page.
You may always check access rights for your managers right from this page by clicking the User groups and access rights link: 370px
- First name & Last name
- Gender
- Email & Phone & Skype
- Time zone
Can login (tap to toggle) users if you want them to be able to log into the system and to see them in the drop-down list when updating project details (for example, creating a new project):
Confirm it with "Save" or revoke it with the "Cancel" button.
If you mark the Can login checkbox, the system will send an invitation to the user to join your company on Protemos once you finish creating the user.
You may leave the checkbox unmarked and send the invitation later.
Note: your user will not be able to log into the system if you disable "Can login" button.
Disable user – unmark the checkbox “Enabled” (user will not appear in the drop-down list when updating project details):
Confirm it with "Save" or revoke it with the "Cancel" button.
After pressing the "Save" button, the user will be sent an invitation email and will be able to complete the account creation.
