Client view page – General info tab: http://cloud.protemos.com/client/view?id=ХХХХ&tab=general (replace XXXX with a valid number)



On this tab, you can:

- Edit the basic info about the client (e.g. name, address, status, VAT etc.)

- Delete the client

- Edit client’s default settings

- Go to other tabs of the client

To start editing the client, press "Update". It will open Update client details page.

To delete the client from your database, press "Delete".

Please note that you cannot delete the clients with recorded projects. But you may deactivate the client on the Update client details page.

To change the currency and payment conditions for the client, press "Change default" on the Default settings section, and you will open the Change default settings page.

Other tabs on the page

Primary user — the first contact person of the client.

Contact persons — the list of client’s contact persons (available if the client is Company, not Individual).

Prices — the list of prices for the customer.

Documents — intended for storing any documents related to the client.
