To view the list of vendor contacts, go to Vendors=>Contacts:

On this page you can:

- View the list of vendor contacts and search them with filters.

- Open vendor profiles for editing.

- Export all the displayed table of vendor contacts to Excel.

Search vendor contacts with filters

By default, you can see all the vendor contacts in your database, 50 per page. If you want to hide or display some contacts from the list, you may apply filters.

You can hide or display filter fields by clicking the Filter arrow gray.jpg button in the upper right corner:

So you can enter the data into the appropriate fields and click "Apply".

If the filter is applied, the header turns blue:

You may hide the filter interface by clicking the Blue arrow.jpg button.

Note: The hidden filter remains activated.

You can expand the hidden filter back by clicking Blue arrow.jpg again.

Note: The applied filter is remembered, so it will remain even if you leave the page.

Vendor contacts filters

  • Vendor—displays only the contacts of the specified vendor.
  • Contact name—displays only the vendor contact with the name containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Gender—displays only the vendor contacts of the specified gender.
  • Position—displays only the vendor contacts holding the specified position.
  • Email—displays only the contacts with the email containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Phone—displays only the contacts with the phone number containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Skype—displays only the vendor contact with the Skype ID containing the specified symbols combination.
  • Is active—displays only the vendor contacts with the specified status (Yes, No).
  • Note—displays only the vendor contacts with notes containing the specified symbols combination.

Open vendor profile

You can open the respective vendor profile by clicking on the necessary name in the Vendor column:

Export to Excel

You can export the displayed table of vendor contacts to Excel by clicking the "Export to Excel" button over the upper right corner of the table:

Note: The exported file will contain filtered records from all pages of the table, not just the ones displayed on the first page.
