To view the list of client contacts, go to Clients=>Contacts:
On this page you can:
- View the list of client contacts and search them with filters
- Open client profiles for editing
- Export all the displayed table of client contacts to Excel

Search client contacts with filters
By default, you can see all the client contacts in your database, 50 per page. If you want to hide or display some contacts from the list, you may apply filters.
You can hide or display filter fields by pressing the button in the upper right corner:
So you can enter the data into the appropriate fields and press the "Apply" button, see example:
As you can see, the filter header turns red. It means that the filter is applied.
You may collapse (hide) the filter interface by pressing the 30px button.
Please remember the collapsed filter remains activated, and it is clearly indicated by the red color.
You can expand the collapsed filter back by pressing the 30px button again.
Please note that the applied filter is remembered, so it will remain even if you leave the page.
To inactivate the filter, press the "Clear" button. The header color will turn to gray, which means that no filter is currently applied.
File filters description
- Client - displays only the contacts of the specified client.
- Name - displays only the contact with the name containing the specified symbols combination.
- Gender - displays only the client contacts of the specified gender.
- Email - displays only the contacts with the email containing the specified symbols combination.
- Phone - displays only the contacts with the phone number containing the specified symbols combination.
- Skype - displays only the files uploaded by the selected person.
- Uploaded at - displays only the files uploaded within the specified date range.
Code — displays only the clients with the code containing the specified symbols combination.
Company name — displays only the clients with the company name containing the specified symbols combination.
Primary user — displays only the clients with the primary user name containing the entered symbols combination.
Email — displays only the clients with the email containing the specified symbols combination.
Statuses — displays only the clients with the specified status (Potential, Active, Inactive, Blacklisted).
Country — displays only the clients from the specific country.
Types — displays only the clients of the specified type (Company, Individual).
Delete files
Files and links that are no longer needed can be deleted from the system.
To do so, tick off the corresponding files on the list and press the "Delete selected" button:
Thus, files will be deleted in all places that are listed in the Used in column.
Download files
To download a file or follow a link, click on their names in the table:
Open file location
You can open a file location by clicking on the corresponding item in the Used in column:
Export files
You can export all the displayed table of files to Excel by pressing the "Export to Excel" button over the upper right corner of the table:
Note: The exported file will contain the filtered records from all the pages of the table, not just the ones displayed on the first page.
