Client view page – General info tab: http://cloud.protemos.com/client/view?id=ХХХХ&tab=general (replace XXXX with a valid number)
On this tab, you can:
- Edit basic info about the client (e.g. name, address, status etc.)
- Delete the client
- Edit client’s default settings
- Go to other tabs of the client
To start editing the client, press "Update". It will open the Update client details page.
To delete the client from your database, press "Delete".
Please note that you cannot delete clients with recorded projects. But you may deactivate the client on the Update client details page.
To change the default currency, payment conditions and default PDF page size of invoices press "Change default" in the Default settings section, and you will open the Change default settings page.
Other tabs on the page
- Primary user - the first contact person of the client.
- Contact persons - the list of client’s contact persons (available if the client is Company, not Individual).
- Prices - the list of prices for the customer.
- Taxes - here you can create a custom taxes set for this client.
- Documents - intended for storing any documents related to the client.
