Accounts in Protemos

Protemos has several account types:

• Enterprise Account - translation agency project management account. Created at account sign up.
  • Client sub-account - created by invitation.
  • Vendor sub-account - created by invitation.
  • Manager sub-account - created by the account administrator via the Enterprise account's access control.
• Freelance Account - freelancer project management account. Created at account sign up.
  • Client sub-account - created by invitation.

Note: A single email address can be registered to multiple account types. The system identifies users by username (chosen at registration), not by email address.

Example: john@example.com can have both an Enterprise Account (username: john_agency) and a Freelance Account (username: john_freelance), plus be a vendor in another agency's account (username: john_vendor).

If you forgot your username and cannot log in, please reset your account password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and log in to the Protemos accounts registered to your email.
